Our experience
Injury Influence Academy was founded by Ryan Taylor, physiotherapist, business consultant, and clinic director.
With over 15 years as a physio, Ryan has been part of and helped build clinics from exactly where you're standing now: as a solo practitioner working it out alone, through to hiring a first physio, right up to running a multi-physio team.
He's lived through that stretch himself, not read about it or studied it from the outside. He set up his own systems the hard way, and spent time later untangling decisions he'd made without knowing any better.
He taught himself the marketing because there was no one to teach him, and got plenty of it wrong before he got it right. He's sat with the same question you're probably sitting with now: is this actually working, or am I just busy?
That firsthand experience, clinical and business, is what shows up in every consulting call. Not theory. The playbook he had to build for himself, because he had no other choice.
